DESAIN KURIKULUM BERBASIS KOMPETENSI GANDA UNTUK LULUSAN TEOLOGI DI TENGAH TANTANGAN EKONOMI GLOBAL DAN DI INDONESIA

Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan model kurikulum berbasis kompetensi ganda "Teopreneur" yang mengintegrasikan ilmu teologi dan kewirausahaan dalam pendidikan tinggi teologi di Indonesia. Isu yang dikaji adalah kesenjangan antara pendidikan teologi yang berfokus pada kompetensi spiritual dengan tuntutan ekonomi global-lokal yang memerlukan kemampuan adaptif dan kemandirian finansial lulusan. Menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi pustaka sistematis, data dikumpulkan dari jurnal terindeks Scopus dan Sinta, kemudian dianalisis dengan teknik analisis isi tematik. Temuan utama menghasilkan dua kontribusi: pertama, matriks kompetensi ganda yang mencakup domain teologis-kepemimpinan (60%), kewirausahaan (40%), dan kompetensi integratif; kedua, desain kurikulum Sarjana Kepemimpinan Kristen 144 SKS dengan struktur integratif melalui magang ganda, proyek capstone, dan penilaian autentik. Model ini memperluas wacana integrasi iman dan kewirausahaan sebagai kerangka pendidikan utuh, sekaligus memberikan panduan praktis bagi perguruan tinggi teologi dalam merancang pembelajaran kontekstual yang selaras dengan kebijakan Merdeka Belajar-Kampus Merdeka (MBKM) dan potensi ekonomi kerakyatan Indonesia. Implikasinya, model ini berpotensi memperkuat daya saing lulusan, kemandirian ekonomi pelayanan, serta peran gereja dalam pemberdayaan sosial-ekonomi masyarakat. Penelitian lanjutan diperlukan untuk menguji validitas dan efektivitas model melalui uji empiris di lapangan.
