MODEL KONSEPTUAL H.E.A.L DALAM KEPEMIMPINAN KRISTEN PASTORAL
INTEGRASI PENDAMPINGAN SPIRITUAL BAGI JEMAAT DALAM KRISIS IMAN

Krisis spiritual menjadi salah satu tantangan pelayanan gereja masa kini. Jemaat tidak hanya bergumul dengan persoalan ekonomi atau sosial, tetapi juga mengalami melemahnya relasi iman, kehilangan makna spiritual, dan menurunnya keterlibatan dalam komunitas iman. Kondisi ini membutuhkan kepemimpinan Kristen yang tidak berhenti pada pengelolaan organisasi gereja, tetapi juga hadir sebagai pendamping spiritual. Penelitian ini bertujuan merumuskan proposisi konseptual model kepemimpinan Kristen pastoral bagi jemaat yang mengalami krisis spiritual. Metode yang digunakan adalah systematic literature review dengan pendekatan teologi pastoral. Pencarian literatur dilakukan pada Google Scholar, Scopus, dan DOAJ menggunakan kata kunci "Christian leadership," "pastoral counseling," "spiritual crisis," "spiritual struggle," "spiritual formation," dan "congregational care" untuk publikasi tahun 2000–2026. Dari 247 artikel yang ditemukan, 42 sumber dianalisis melalui kategorisasi tematik, interpretasi teologis, sintesis konseptual, dan coding. Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan Kristen pastoral memiliki karakter relasional, melayani, autentik, dan transformatif. Integrasi kepemimpinan Kristen dan konseling pastoral menghasilkan kerangka konseptual H.E.A.L (Hear, Empathize, Accompany, Lead Transformation). Model ini menempatkan pemimpin gereja sebagai gembala spiritual yang mendengar, memahami, menyertai, dan mengarahkan jemaat menuju transformasi iman. Kerangka ini juga menegaskan batas etik pastoral counseling, termasuk kerahasiaan, persetujuan informasi, perlindungan, batas profesional, dan jalur rujukan kepada profesional kesehatan mental. Model ini merupakan proposisi konseptual yang masih membutuhkan validasi empiris.
