AUTHENTIC LEADERSHIP IN THE BIBLE
A STUDY OF ITS IMPACT ON CHURCH LEADERSHIP

Kepemimpinan Kristen di abad ke-21 menghadapi ketegangan antara ekspektasi manajerial dan keaslian spiritual. Model-model kontemporer sering kali menekankan perencanaan strategis, hierarki kelembagaan, dan pengaruh karismatik. Sebaliknya, kepemimpinan alkitabiah digambarkan muncul melalui panggilan ilahi, pembentukan spiritual, dan penyempurnaan karakter. Makalah ini mengeksplorasi konsep kepemimpinan autentik melalui lensa narasi alkitabiah menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, deskriptif-teologis. Dengan menganalisis kehidupan Yusuf, Musa, Yosua, Saul, Daud, Salomo, dan Yesus Kristus, penelitian ini menyoroti bagaimana kepemimpinan autentik dalam Alkitab secara konsisten dikaitkan dengan penderitaan, kerendahan hati, kepatuhan, dan penunjukan ilahi. Analisis ini memadukan teori kepemimpinan autentik kontemporer dengan teologi alkitabiah untuk membangun kerangka kepemimpinan yang didasarkan pada integritas spiritual. Penelitian ini berpendapat bahwa model seperti itu sangat relevan bagi kepemimpinan gereja kontemporer dan mengusulkan pemahaman baru tentang otoritas gerejawi yang berakar pada pelayanan, ketundukan kepada Tuhan, dan tanggung jawab moral.
